Healing begins
beneath the surface.
Healing begins at the root. We help you uncover and heal the trauma, shame, and emotional wounds that may be keeping you from experiencing the peace, freedom, and abundant life found in Jesus Christ.
A Note From My Heart to Yours
Over the years, I have met many Christians who deeply love Jesus but find themselves struggling in their walk with Him because of unresolved trauma, painful life experiences, grief, shame, fear, or the lies they have come to believe about themselves. These emotional wounds can make it difficult to fully experience God's peace, love, and purpose.
My passion is to walk alongside you as we gently uncover and uproot the wounds and false beliefs that have kept you emotionally and spiritually stuck. Through evidence-based counseling grounded in a biblical worldview, my goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your story, find healing from past hurts, and strengthen your relationship with God (Jesus).
I believe that while therapy does not determine or preserve your salvation, it can be a powerful tool for healing the heart, renewing the mind, and helping you live more freely in the identity and purpose God has for your life.
Our Core Values
Christ-Centered
Jesus Christ is the foundation of our hope and healing. We integrate a biblical worldview with evidence-based counseling to support clients who desire to grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually in their walk with Him.
Uproot
Healing begins by courageously confronting the trauma, lies, unhealthy patterns, and emotional wounds that have kept you stuck. We believe lasting transformation starts by addressing the root—not just the symptoms.
Heal
We cultivate a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed environment where emotional restoration can take place. Through grace, empathy, and clinical excellence, we walk alongside you on your journey toward wholeness.
Transform
We believe meaningful change is possible. By combining evidence-based therapy with God's redeeming grace, we empower clients to renew their minds, embrace their identity, and live with greater freedom, resilience, and purpose.
The Parable of the Barren Fig Tree
He also spoke this parable: "A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none. Then he said to the keeper of his vineyard, 'Look, for three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none. Cut it down; why does it use up the ground?' But he answered and said to him, 'Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it. And if it bears fruit, well. But if not, after that you can cut it down.'"
